Hi, I'm Jenny, and I started Pause & Discuss because I love great conversations and the people who make them happen.
With training and experience in fine art, early years education, and memory care, I aim to support our unsung heroes: teachers, homeschoolers and activity leaders who show up every day to remind both young and old that life is full of wonder.
I know what it's like to scramble for a session plan when you'd rather be fully present, caring for and connecting with the people around you. Pause & Discuss provides simple prompts, hands-on activities and thoughtfully crafted exercises designed to spark conversation, creativity and cognitive engagement - so you can focus less on planning and more on enjoying the moment.
